I would like to share some of my past experiences with anyone who might come across this site, and any feedback I receive would be more than welcome. It is difficult to work out whether the things that have happened and are still happening are mere coincidences or perhaps there is something else at work here.
To cut a long story short I have been involved in quite a few accidents and have been able to walk away virtually unscathed so far, I have been told by various psychics that I am protected by an entity, whether this is a Guardian Angel or something else or maybe its just my imagination working overtime I will let you be the judge.
In the past I have had numerous close calls, such as motorbike accidents a hangglider accident etc and managed to walk away unharmed and I just put it down to good luck. More recently though I was involved in a bad accident involving an articulated lorry, I was on the main Newtown to Welshpool road indicating to turn right in my car and waiting for a break in the traffic, when the wagon hit me without slowing down, it destroyed the rear of my car, the impact snapping my drivers seat in half and pushing the car across the white line into the oncoming traffic. I collided with a Vauxhall Cavalier which went spinning across the road and ended up under the artic trailer where it burst into flames, in the meantime I was lying flat in my car as my seat had collapsed, and as I pulled myself up using the steering wheel feeling elated that I had survived, a Talbot van ran headlong into me, I walked away from this unscathed and luckily no one else was hurt which was just as well as there was no Ambulances available at that time.

I have now moved to Cheshire and I work at an Aluminium Foundry which is probably not the wisest move with my track record but well paid jobs aren't in abundance round here, anyhow what follows is a list of accidents which have occurred since I have been working there and which directly involve me.
The first accident happened on the CP furnace which is set at ground level, about three feet in diameter and five feet deep and holds about a ton of molten aluminium, the furnace was full of molten aluminium and I was bent over it placing a twenty kilo aluminium ingot into the liquid metal when it exploded, this was caused by dampness in the ingot which reacted violently with the liquid metal. My overalls were hanging off my body in shreds, the aluminium was flung twenty feet behind me and can still be seen to this day all up the rear wall, yet I walked away with very superficial burns to my arm.
The second close shave I had was when I was working next to the C furnace, this holds about twenty three tons of molten aluminium. The door to this furnace weighs about fifteen tons and lifts up electrically using thich steel ropes running through a pulley system, I had just moved away from the door when someone pressed the button to raise it, as the door was being lifted the steel cable snapped ripping the pulley system which weighs about a ton from its mounts, whereupon it landed right where I had been standing a few seconds previously!
Another near miss happened when a ton block of aluminium was dislodged in the RD furnace falling into the molten aluminium which was already in the furnace, this resulted in a wave of molten aluminium coming out of the furnave door and landing on and setting the vehicle on fire that I was in, some of the molten metal came through the vehicle windows missing me and burning a hole in the seat between my legs (could of been a lot worse!).
Probably the strangest incident occurred one night when I was loading the Ih furnace, I had just pushed about 1 ton of scrap aluminium into the furnace when the furnace exploded, the strange thing was that the force of the explosion didnt come out of the furnace following the path of least resistance i.e the open furnace door, instead it travelled upwards blowing the two foot thick reinforced roof off the furnace and through the roof of the building! If the blast had come out of the door it would have killed me instantly, even so the force still set my vehicle on fire a well as the building, some of the blast came through the open windows of the vehicle which I thought at the time had set my hair on fire, however when I had made it out of the buiding and even though I had been only about eight feet away when the furnace exploded, I once again found I had miraculously walked away unharmed. Subsuquently the furnace was beyond repair and was later scrapped and even though safety experts came in they could not find the cause of the explosion!
Anyhow moving on to non metallic accidents I was helping my Brother -in-law on his farm where he breeds Shire Horses, I'd been down the fields feeding some of them when they started playing up, this resulted in me getting kicked in face by one of them, these horses weigh over a ton each and to make matters worse this one had been shod, I think if I had been an inch or two closer to the horse it may have killed me, luckily when it struck me its leg must have been fully extended. I was still seeing stars for a while!, luckily it didnt ruin my film star looks!!(joke), yet another narrow escape.
Not only have the above accidents happened to me but there have been many others including a coach crash in Makati in the Phillipines and being forced off the road by an artic in this country. The latest incident took place about a month ago, I was travelling down the M6 close to junction 15 when someone ran into the back of me, I pulled onto the hard shoulder and got out, saw the state of the vehicle that had hit me, its bonnet was concertined up and its bumper and lights pushed in (possibly a write off), I thought s..t what sort of state is mine going to be in! Upon reaching the rear of my car I was pleasantly suprised to find the only damage was a scuffed bumper which I could have easily repaired with a couple of cans of paint. What was strange was the amount of damage on the other person car and the lack of damage on mine!

I'm sure like myself you may be asking yourself is this just coincidence or is something else at work here, a worrying aspect of all this is that if anyone wrongs me something seems to seek retribution against them, but thats another story.

Moving on to something completely different, in my spare time I have been researching the Myths, legends and haunted places which can be found within a 12 mile radius of where I live in Congleton, Cheshire. I've written a couple of books and just finished writing some tourist guides covering these subjects, I have included some information which people may find of interest especially if they were considering visiting the area.
